The Jingtai Tech model JT-3.97IPSINCELL is a 3.97-inch TFT LCD module with a resolution of 480 × 800 pixels. This module integrates the ST7102 driver IC, supports an MIPI interface, and operates with a supply voltage (Vdd) ranging from 2.6V to 3.3V. It features a 12 o'clock viewing direction and a 16:10 aspect ratio.
The JT-3.97IPSINCELL is a portrait-mode TFT LCD module with a typical brightness of 250 nits. It is available with a Projected Capacitive Touch Screen. The operating temperature range for this module is -20℃ to +70℃, while its storage temperature range is -30℃ to +80℃.
